These terms and conditions govern the use of the OpenCampground Credit Card Portal (“the Portal”) for booking reservations. By using the Portal, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking Process:

   • When booking a reservation through the Portal, you authorize OpenCampground to charge your credit card for the total amount of the reservation, including any applicable fees and taxes.

   • The booking is considered confirmed only upon successful completion of the payment process. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment is processed.

2. Payment:

   • Payments made through the Portal are processed securely. OpenCampground does not store or have access to your credit card information beyond the transaction.

   • All charges are in the currency specified during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific reservation. Please refer to the cancellation policy provided during the booking process.

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the merchant handling the transaction through the Portal, in accordance with their policies and procedures. OpenCampground is not directly responsible for processing refunds.

   • Refunds may be subject to processing fees or other conditions as determined by the merchant. Please review the merchant’s refund policy for details.

4. Reservation Modifications:

   • Changes to reservations, including modifications to dates or accommodation types, may be subject to availability and additional charges.

   • Requests for modifications should be made through the Portal or by contacting OpenCampground directly.

5. Guest Responsibilities:

   • You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

   • Any damages caused to the property during your stay may result in additional charges to your credit card.

6. Privacy:

   • OpenCampground respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of completing your reservation.

7. Liability:

   • OpenCampground is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Portal or your stay at the campground.

   • You agree to indemnify and hold OpenCampground harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of your actions or omissions.
