Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at our RV park with the following conditions:
- Maximum of 2 pets per site
- Monthly pet fee of $25 applies
- Pet deposit of $100 per pet required
- Pets must be kept on leash at all times when outside
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets

Vehicle Information
All vehicles must be registered with the office. Parking is limited to the designated areas. RVs must be maintained in good working condition throughout the stay.

Document Requirements
All guests must provide the following documents before check-in:
- Signed Long-Term Reservation Agreement
- Valid government-issued ID for all adult occupants
- Proof of insurance for RV/mobile home and vehicles
- Signed acknowledgment of park rules and regulations
Run Credit Check
A credit check is recommended for long-term stays to verify financial responsibility. This requires guest consent.

Long-Term Reservation Agreement Terms
This agreement is made between Sunset RV Park ("Park") and the Guest identified above ("Guest"). The Guest agrees to rent the site identified above for the period stated on this agreement and to pay all applicable fees.
1. Term: The term of this agreement shall begin on the check-in date and end on the check-out date listed above.
2. Rent: Guest agrees to pay monthly rent in the amount specified above, due on the 1st day of each month.
3. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required and will be refunded within 30 days of check-out, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.
4. Park Rules: Guest agrees to comply with all Park rules and regulations as provided separately.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
6. Utilities: Metered utilities will be billed separately based on actual usage.
7. Guests: Only registered guests, vehicles, and pets are permitted. Additional guests must be registered with the office.
8. Insurance: Guest is responsible for obtaining insurance for their personal property. The Park is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of Guest's property.
